After a rainstorm, I noticed a small leak in my kitchen ceiling that appeared to be coming from the roof, and I was concerned there might be damage. I contacted Michael, and he came out the very same day to inspect the issue. While he was there, I also asked him to take a look at some concerns we had around our chimney. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a clogged gutter above the gutter guards rather than roof damage. Michael went above and beyond by walking the entire roof and using a blower to clear all of the gutters. In the end, no repairs were needed. Michael was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found. I truly appreciated his honesty, prompt response, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend him.
